We are pleased to inform you that the College of Public Health, University of the Philippines Manila will be hosting the 53rdAsia-Pacific Academic Consortium for Public Health (APACPH) International Conference on 22-23 September 2022 at the Marriott Hotel Manila, Philippines.
The APACPH Conference is an annual scientific meet committed to highlight the expertise of leading public health institutions around the world in addressing various public health challenges. This year’s theme centers on “Advancing the Role of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in Attaining the Health-Related Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)” with the following sub-themes: Training the Health Workforce, Research on Health-Related SDGs, and Service to the Community.
APACPH shall provide 1,000 international and domestic academics, researchers, students, policymakers, government agencies, NGOs, and professional associations an opportunity to develop a plan of action to help HEIs support the achievement of the SDGs, work collaboratively with one another, and ensure alignment between the SDGs and their plans and strategies in order to improve the public health landscape in the Asia-Pacific region and around the world.
