Survey: How are we coping during the COVID-19 Pandemic?

The currently ongoing COVID-19 pandemic is a great challenge for all of us. Each of us experiences it in our own way. We would like to study the coping strategies of the students during this hard and special time.

We invite you to participate in a multinational study entitled “The impact of COVID-19 pandemic on the mental health and lifestyle changes of students: an international study”. We hope to receive responses from 2000 university and college students.

The whole questionnaire is FULLY ANONYMOUS. The entire survey will take about 30-40 minutes to complete. You can opt-out anytime if you feel any discomfort while answering the survey.

Your response to this survey implies your consent for us to use the data you provided. All of your responses are confidential and only the researchers who conduct this study have an access to them. Besides, all the obtained data is stored in accordance with the principles of personal and sensitive data protection. Data will be used only for the purposes of this study.

The questionnaire is composed of 5 parts: 1) Socio-demographic and personal data 2) Lifestyle 3) Sleep habits – current and before the pandemic 4) Well-being 5) Coping styles with stress
